Downloaden CS5.5 Problem beim Extrahieren aus Archiv

Grüezi, Wir haben im August 2011 CS5.5 gekauft. Gerne wollten wir das Programm auf einem neuen Computer installieren (dazu haben wir bei einem alten Computer das Programm deinstalliert). Dazu sind wir auf die Licensing Website und haben uns dort mit unserer Adobe ID eingeloggt. Das Programm unter Licences heruntergeladen. Jedoch kam dann die Fehlermeldung: "Beim Extrahieren des Archives ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie erneut...." Mittlerweile habe ich das Programm gefühlte 10 Mal heruntergeladen und es kam immer die gleiche Meldung. Windowsversion habe ich 7.0 Professional. Können Sie mir bitte helfen, dass ich schnellstmöglich vom gekauften Produkt gebrauch machen kann. Vielen Dank.

use a different browser and/or a different wired connection and/or a download manager and/or download from prodesigntools.com

to dl from prodesigntools.com:

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Download Adobe CS5.5 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant / Manager) | ProDesignTools

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
