I have been trying without any success to cancel a 12 month membership. Every time I try to cancel, it takes me to the same page over and over and over again. (The contact us page) This has been going for a week now. There is no phone number for me to call, and I have been charged now for a service I do not want and have been trying to cancel. What do I need to do to cancel this membership completely?
