I have updated my credit card, and I am sure all my information is correct, but the pop-up keeps running the countdown. Can a staff member please resolve this issue for me?

There is a ban imposed on the transaction due to which the payment can not be accessed. This is the reason you are being asked to check the billing information, please check with the Bank.

I am getting this same error message every month. There is nothing I can do to resolve it, as the card hasn't changed. However, a customer service agent can attempt to bill the credit card manually, and it works every time. I am told every month, "I assure you that this won't happen again," but it does. And it's annoying.
