I requested a product swap (Adobe CS6 Master Collection) more than two weeks ago.
The only response from the Adobe Support was on March 25 asking me to register my version, which I did on the same day.
I have not received any reply yet.
Why does it take that long to get a platform swap?
Is there any specific reason for why the Adobe Support does not provide information that they are "on the case"?
