I have Mac OS 10.10.2 and have tried everything everywhere to try to get Adobe Flashplayer to install but to no avail

It installs... however it continues to say everywhere that I need to install it. I uninstalled and tried again, MANY times, no dice. I tried the stand alone install, still same thing. It continues to tell me on all sites that require it that I need to install it... Help?? I tried the last discussion mark I saw about sorry to be the bearer of bad news but something worked for that guy, however, still didn't work for me. I've been fighting this battle for months now... and seriously losing! I need this for my school or I'm sunk!

I'm sorry you're having such difficulties installing Flash Player. There are several log files I'd like to review to troubleshoot further. Please see Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all of the log files listed in the FAQ.

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for providing the log files. According to the files, Flash Player should be installed correctly. Please do the following:

Please ensure Internet plug-ins are enabled: In Safari go to Preferences > Security > make sure the 'Internet plug-ins' check box is checked.
1. If it is, go to Safari help menu > Installed Plug-ins and look for Flash Player. Please confirm if it's there, and if so, what version is listed (you can copy/paste the results).
What are some of the website URLs that are not detecting Flash as being installed?
Please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click on the 'Check Now' button. What are the results?
Please post a screenshot of one of the sites that is telling you to install Flash Player and the 'Check Now' results in step 3.
