My assets account says that hosting for five sites is included as part of my Creative Cloud membership. But how do I create a site?

A Creative Cloud subscription lets you redeem and launch five free sites, which are web basic in nature,

To redeem your free sites, you must publish them using Adobe Muse or Adobe Dreamweaver to business Catalyst

Though this thread is old, it is still useful. I'm also going to build a website, but it will be my first experience. My friend suggested me to use one of the website builders from http://www.beautifullife.info/web-design/15-best-free-website-builders/ as they are easy-to-use and don't require special skills. But I'm also thinking about using Adobe Muse or Adobe Dreamweaver to business Catalyst. So, thanks for sharing!
