Hey,

I'm trying to fill with colour on the Adobe Draw app - by long-pressing on a spot I want filled in - and it keeps coming up with a paint bucket fill icon with a cross through it. I haven't successfully used this tool before and am trying to use it for the first time with no luck. What am I missing?

When this happens I usually find that either the shape I'm trying to fill is not completely closed or I'm on the wrong layer

Solved! I knew it had to be something simple - probably a combination of both an unclosed shape and being on the wrong layer. Either way, it works.

Thanks!

HI Tessie. Glad it got solved. Would you mind marking the above solution as solved? It helps others find the answer. Thanks

I made sure that my shape is closed and it still not let me autofill.

I have the exact same issue and like you said above I am certain it's not a layer or incomplete shape. It seems to bug out if your shape is too large. I wish you could just fill anything in...
