installation problems

as many times as i have tried to install adobe flash player after changing the password etc the info jiggles around advising me that something is wrong with the password or the id.   very frustrating. I had called once before case#0215300410.

Adobe flash player will not load  my Vista 32bit  laptop but loads on the other laptop, same OS
32bit.

So I save the Adobe installation files 1,030KB to a
stick and ran this on the laptop with the problem.

It works without any problems now.

The file name is,
install_flashplayer17x3ax_gtbd_chrd_dn_aaa_aih

I hope this works 4 U

Not sure about Mac but might do the
same
