It's possible that the server was temporarily down or the Internet connection was flaky for a brief period of time.

I was not able to reproduce the problem when I tried a couple of minutes ago.
the sign in or create an account buttons are not working on nookhd+. My internet is fine with everything else.
Same issue here, the signin button's don't do anything.
I also have the same exact issue. It happened after I deregistered the Nook HD and had to reinstall Acrobat. I also note that I'm stuck with an old Adobe Air 3.xxx and cannot update to a more recent Adobe Air .... that may be the root cause of the problem.
When I go to the sign up or sign in page on Acrobat DC there is absolutely no response when trying tap on either the Sign Up or the LogIn buttons.
