I purchased Adobe Photoshop lightroom 5 as a monthly subscription on 6th April and now it is still pending (status), but I did receive an invoice without a serial number. I am confused. Is my credit card charged or not? I noticed that my billing address is not correct. The country should be Belgium instead of Denmark. I tried to call, but number is not correct. Is it the reason that i have not received any serial number yet? How can i change the country? Hope to hear from you soon. As i am working on a project, so i do need to use Lightroom. Thanks for the help!
You should contact Adobe Support thru chat if you are unable to reach them by telephone. You might need their assistance to resolve this.
