    "Sorry, there is a problem processing the order"

      Hello, we'd like to buy Creative Cloud's suite, after the month's trial.
      At the end of the process, on the third step, a popup appears with this sentence "...Sorry, there is a problem processing the order......."

      We are already client and we would like to pay with our credit card, how can we understand what to do?
