You probably want to look into some form of volume licensing.
You can purchase a licensed version (CS6) but that is the last licensed version that will be issued by Adobe.
Anything newer than that is available only thru subscription... and there is no Design Standard Suite available in that. You can get a full subscription that would likely have all the DS applications plus more. Check out the business plans that are offered.

If I wanted to buy just the CS6 licensed version do you know how many computers I could install it on?
For a single license... You can install on as many as you like. You can only have two of those installations activated. You can only be using one of those two activated installations at any given time.
So it boils down to... if you want to have X number of people working at the same time using CS6, then you need to have X number of licenses
