Thank you but I have read this beforehand and tried to remove the OPM.db file and log in again as well as download the latest Creative Cloud software. I didn't mention in my original post but I have also used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Plus my problem is that the Apps are not recognised as being installed at all not listed as up to date.
I've now tried uninstalling CC, downloading and intstalling the latest version then starting an App that was previously listed on CC as not yet installed (this asked me to log in to my Apple ID which I did) and going Help > Updates. It says all Apps were up to date so I clicked preferences and got the below.
This just list the three things I have had to install since CC lost track of Apps.
I'm still struggling with this problem. My thought now is to uninstall all apps and start afresh so that they will update as they should. Next problem is I cannot uninstall any Adobe application it gives me the following message:
I have already run the Cleaner Tool a few times but I did it again and restarted and tried again with no applications open and the same message appears. I would very, very much appreciate any help with this!!
