Has Lightroom worked in the past?
Is this a new installation of Lightroom?

Sorry, yea lightrrom was fine this morning. I just installed the update from MS Office. Thats the only thing that has changes since the las time I opened it. There are no Error Messages. It doesnt open at all. Just keep loading and then it says the Application stopped responding.

Sorry, but I don't know anything about the Mac operating systems. My only suggestion would be to restart your computer. That sometimes will fix problems like this. Maybe someone else will have a better idea.
Thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately I already tired the "Normal" steps. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem but it doesn't seem that way.
Unfortunately, the most likely cause is due to the Office update as the only known change that occurred just before Lr stopped responding, and it may have corrupted Lr.
If you can't get it to start after trying more things, perhaps you should try uninstalling and reinstalling it as a last resort, an action that may seem daunting now, but that many have done to solve this sort of problem. It's worth mentioning that doing does not affect any presets or your catalog.
Of course, you always have current backups to fall back on, don't you, if you decide to go down the above route?
An uninstall/reinstall would have no impact on any work that has been done using Lightroom. The process has no impact on the existing catalog and images. Only the program itself is reinstalled.
