I am a single user but I just realized that I am in charge of two accounts! I then checked my Credit Card Account and I also payed for two accounts!! Can´t reach the service hotline now... HELP!
We are sorry for the double charges, there were two active subscriptions placed on the same day for the same product. I understand that it might be an error.
I have refunded all the charges of the second purchase since purchase in December 2014. You will not be billed for the second CC any more.
