cant install adobe 2 on my mac it goes to step 2 and that is it?

Hi kevink52692312,

At step 2 the installer file is downloaded.  Please check the downloads directory for a DMG file that has Flash Player in the file name.  If it's there, double-click to mount the DMG file then double-click the installer file APP to launch the install dialog window and follow the prompts to proceed with the installations. If the file is not there it did not download.  Please try the download again.
