Flash Player is a plugin, therefore it'll be in the /Library/Plug-ins directory (e.g. /Library/Internet Plug-ins/Flash Player.plugin for the NPAPI plugin, or /Library/Internet Plug-ins/PepperFlashPlayer/PepperFLashPlayer.plugin for the PPAPI plugin).
