normally when i edited a foto (CR2) in lightroom and i wanted to do some more complicated retouching work in photoshop i got an extra window where i was able to check if i wanted to export it as a copy with Lightroom-edits, a copy or the original.
(i use the CC version not CS5 as in the picture)
Currently i cant do that anymore. the foto just opend in Photoshop without asking me. It only works with jpeg, tiff and psd.
I was doing it for months and it worked well.
Has anyone an explanation to it?
You don't get tis dialog for a raw file. Only for jpegs, tiffs, and psds. With a raw file, if you want to edit the version as it was after import, create a virtual copy and reset the develop settings on it. Then hit edit from that.
Benjamin, I am having the same problem. I updated to the latest Lightroom CC 2015.3 and Photoshop 2015.1. I no longer get the dialog box Benjamin posted.
Benjamin, did you find a solution?
