    unable to open books on new computer


      When I go through the authorization process for the books on my new computer I receive a message saying 'The account is not associated with the item you are trying to open.'  When I look in the Item Info of the books on my old computer they say 'Licensed To: (my username)'.  What am I missing?  How do I get these books to open on the new computer?  thanks much
