I updated my payment information, as in entered a new credit card. It was very unclear as to what was happening. It just said my account would be reactivated in 24 hours. I could have sworn I did this a few days ago though and nothing came of it, so I tried again. There is no acknowledgement of these actions however anywhere in my account page. This is disconcerting. I do not want to pay for this more than once, and If I do pay for it, I want to receive it. It does not show up in my order history, or under plans and products. How is this system supposed to work? What am I doing wrong?
