Where can I download CS3?

I have a license key that I purchased for CS3 a few years back, but i no longer have the software.  Where can I download CS3?

I need some help. I tried to use my Photoshop, which I have through CS3, and was told I need to uninstall it. I was given a new 24-digit number, but I don't know where to use it to install the updated CS3. I can't afford to buy it again.
