Did what you said. I uninstalled, used your cleaner tool and reinstalled. Still have the same problem. Would be nice if I could actually get some real help.
still can't get flash to load and when I try to use illustrator I get a "the localized resource files for this application could not be loaded. Please reinstall or repair the application and try again." HELP!!!!! I have been trying to fix this for 3 months.
