This is really a necessity for our continued use of the product. We have a half dozen CF servers but it won't be a practical solution if it does not support ssl v3 for our CF/Active Directory applications.

Is there an ETA on its availability?

Is there any 3rd party solution at this time?

I believe I read that CF 8 supports SSL v3, but can't find any information on it... have you worked this out?

CF 8 supports SSLv3 for cfhttp, but not for cfldap. You need to program
your own version in Java or use stunnel to get LDAP over SSLv3 to work.
