    No reply email is frustrating


      Dear Sir/Madam, 


      Sorry, we have to resort to this forum, as we don't seem to be able to find the right email to channel our enquiry.


      We have been informed via email that our payment failed. We have cancelled our card and got a new card. Kindly advise which email address should be send the new card number to as the email we received does not entertain replies.
