I want BC to display all products in a category on a page

Is there a tag or module that will tell BC to display all the products within a category on a page where I want them?

You have to really expand on what you mean here.

You can change the results per page on the products list tag in the eCommerce layout, but the maximum limit per page in BC is 500 Items.
