Hello Sukrit,

I have a similar problem. I have been using Acrobat DC for almost one year and now it is blocked. I get a message that tells me I have to license the software and I have to type a serial number. But I don't have one and I can't find the email I got with it.

When I check my account I get a message telling me that I already have a subscription.

When I try to get another subscription I am told I already have one and I can't resolve the situation.

Can you tell me what I can do?

If you have a subscription there is no serial number at all. Try signing out, then sign in again (in ACROBAT).
