Photoshop not updating ... just says "waiting"... its wasting my trial days ??

my photoshop trial was downloaded 2 days ago, the program has disappeared and now i can no longer use it as the update on creative cloud just constantly says waiting? can some one help

Quit Creative Cloud desktop application and Launch Task Manager and End all Adobe related tasks running,

1) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

appdata

Then navigate to Local>Adobe>AAMUpdater.

Open AAMUpdater folder and rename 1.0 folder to old.1.0.

2) Please press Windows+R button together and you will get a run command window, please type-in %temp% and hit enter.

Delete all contents present inside temp folder.

Then launch Photoshop cc 2014 application and click on the Help option in menu bar and then select "  Updates "  option.

Once the Application Manager starts searching for Updates. Make sure to close Photoshop cc 2014.

Great!

Open C:drive and locate folder named " Program Files"  .

Under Program Files , locate folder named Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and locate Adobe Photoshop cc 2014 folder .

Open it and locate Photoshop icon (Blue square icon with Ps symbol)  , double click on it , it will launch Photoshop cc 2014.

You can simply launch Creative Cloud desktop application and load Apps list and double click on Adobe Photoshop cc 2014 option.

Creative Cloud location:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC

got it !! but has come up with and error message saying cg.dll is missing from the computer ... try reinstalling

Try downloading cg.dll file , last box and extract it to Photoshop cc 2014 application and check.

Click on Download Zip file option .

Click on 64 bit English option.

Once the download is completed, extract the zip and copy cgGl.dll file to Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 folder .

Extract the Zip file .

Extract 2 files named msvcr80.dll and msvcr100.dll .

Then copy those 2 files to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.

Then try to launch and check.

In this case , better to uninstall reinstall the Photoshop cc 2014 application.

Please make sure to uninstall from Control Panel.

Once the uninstallation process is completed.

Run Cleaner tool once for confirmation purpose and check whether any Photoshop cc core or other Photoshop is listed under.

Then Sign out and Sign in to Creative Cloud and reinstall Photoshop cc 2014.

photoshop did not show up in my control panel, deleted it from program files then ran the cleaner .... signed out and in again to creative cloud ... but no option to reisntall ?

Yes, normally it will take time to initiate installation process, first Creative Cloud desktop application will check for available memory space, RAM and other system compatibility and then starts installation process.
