How do I get photopshop elements 11 on my new laptop if i had it previously on my old computer in which it cam with my Wacom Intuos Tablet?

So about a year ago I bought a Wacom Intuos which came with the program Photoshop Elements 11, but since then I have upgraded to a new laptop. But it seems that I can no longer get Photoshop Elements 11 on my new laptop even though it says I can have it on multiple computers.

Hi perbear,

• What exactly happens when you try to install PSE 11 on your new machine?
• Do you get any error message?

You should be able to use it on up to 2 machines. Simply, install it on the other machine and use your serial key to serialize it.

Hello, thank you for responding

The main problem is that i never actually received a serial number, I received download key from Wacom but that doesnt work as the serial number. Only as the wacom product registration key, but I can no longer get adobe through the wacom website either.

Wacom registration key and PSE 11 serial key both are different.

Check if you could Find your serial number quickly.
