Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

Thanks for the response John. Yes, you were right. Although I did not need to get back onto the Cloud app, I simply closed everything, rebooted, fired up PhotoShop CC and it worked perfectly (as always).
Sometimes I think we just get into a hurry or something and forget the basics. If all else fails, close everything, reboot and see what happens. It may not always work, but it doesn't cost anything to try. Not to mention that it seems more and more installations require a reboot to fully install, so you never know when there might be an update waiting to install or some other unseen little thing.
Photoshop has begun to misbehave again. Could this be a matter of uninstalling and then reinstalling to fix?
