if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
I'm using CS6 Design Standard and the current Application Manager 9.0 is corrupted. Any idea where/who one can contact to get the working copy of this .exe fie?
restart your cs6 design standard installation and you might be given an option to fix your app manager.
if not, uninstall it and reinstall using the design std installation files.

Common sense dictated I reinstall the software, which is what I did, but it didn't make any difference since Application Manager 9.0 is corrupt - it's not I who is claiming it, Adobe are
