Where can I get the AS 3.0 libraries?

Does anyone know where you can download the actionscript 3.0 libraries? They aren't on Adobe Labs anymore.... links anybody?

1. Download the free Flex 2 SDK -> http://www.adobe.com/products/flex/sdk/
2. Download the Flash 9 Public Alpha (if you have a registered version of FP8) -> http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flash9as3preview/
