I have been billed twice each month for three months. I just tried to fix it again, and no help at all. Just told to contact my bank. I was asked if I would like to cancel and be refunded and then I was told I need to pay half of the membership. I am not happy with any of the customer service I've received by going through adobe. Love the programs, hate the customer service.
