Would you tell us which app you use? Acrobat DC for iOS or Android?
You can delete cloud files after switching the file location to "Document Cloud".
For iPad/iPhone, please take a look at the following FAQ document.
If you need the steps for Android. please let us know.
Alternatively, you can use the web browser interface to delete files in the Document Cloud.
- Open a web browser.
- Go to Adobe Document Cloud https://cloud.acrobat.com
- Sign in with your Adobe ID.
- Select the Files tab.
- Select Document Cloud in the Storage section.
- Select the file that you want to delete.
- Tap/click the Delete button.
You can select multiple files and delete them at once.
Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you.
Sorry. What I meant to ask is...iOS or Android? We have a different answer depending on a platform.
Would you try the alternative approach using a web browser (that I mentioned in my previous reply)? It should work for any platform (iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac).
Additionally, I'd recommend turning off the Mobile Link feature on all of your devices and computers so that your confidential documents are stored only on your device.
Please note that the files in the Adobe Document Cloud are visible only to you (who signed in with Adobe ID) by default. Nobody else can see the file contents unless you use the Share feature to explicitly share it with others.
Hope this helps.
