I have purchased the PAK and still cannot convert a word doc to a PDF. It keeps saying that I need to subscribe and pay the $9.99...which I have already done. HELP!

* In the Acrobat DC app, make sure that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the PDF Pack service.
