why does my application manager keep bombing out?

whenever my application manager loads, it seems to be working for a few seconds and then bombs out, have tried it repeatedly with no luck.

is this the only way i can load updates to my software, or is there another way i can do it?

May I know whether you are using Mac computer or Windows computer?

Just to confirm , may I ask whether the Creative Cloud  Desktop app launches and disappears after few seconds?
