says incorrect PW. reset PW, at adobe site and still won't let me erase, any suggestions? Probably should have said a little more. My authorization is not working. Says the password is wrong and I know it's not. I was told I need to erase the authorization file.Problem is to access that procedure you need to enter your password. So I thought I'd do a runaround and uninstall and re-install. Checked to make sure and files/folders linked to ADE were deleted. and they were. Shut down, instead of re-start, sometimes it helps. reinstalled ADE. Tried to erase the authorization same problem, invalid password. I can authorize with the password though. Obviously the authorization file is not removed during the uninstall process. Haven't been able to locate it so far.
