          For people to provide help, you need to give more information: InDesign version? Export to reflowable EPUB or Fixed Layout?

           

          If you're wanting to alphabetize the TOC, you'll have to do this probably using a script before creating the EPUB. Please ask in the InDesign Scripting forum. InDesign has not native ability to alphabetize.

            It would be a reflowable EPUB

            - When creating the TOC you have the option to alphabetize the results?
