I changed my computer, have a new one and i cant figure out how to use the adobe Acrobat I al paying every month. It kept telling me I am using it as a trial mode and today it ended a month ago. I have been trying to contact someone at adobe but there is no contact phone that works. I hope your refund department works as well as your charging department.

I do not work for Adobe so I cannot answer anything regarding refunds versus charges.
What you should try to do is to contact them thru chat and get their assistance. The chat link I provide below does work, but it can be as touchy as the software to get it working. Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
