Do I have to install a new version of lightroom 5 if I order CC?

I currently have the standalone version of lightroom 5 and purchased CC.  I downloaded Photoshop and installed it.  Do I also have to install the new version of Lightroom 5 for CC or are they the same?

You might get install button under Apps tab in Creative Cloud , click on it , it will upgrade the LR 5 to LR CC 2015 .

Before (Eventhough LR 5 was installed, after updating Creative Cloud I got install button for LR)

After Clicking on Install button , it upgraded my LR 5.7 to LR CC 2015 :
