    Creative Cloud has a black screen


      Updated Creative Cloud today and came back to a black screen with no dialogue option, picture is below.  I've tried to delete the OODB or whatever folder in the user/local folder, and have booted into safe mode to log in, but when I came back to the regular environment, this problem is still here.  Of course the customer care contact center chat has had me on hold over two hours.  Any thoughts?
