Just downloaded LR CC.
I get a brief splash screen. That's it.
Uninstalled, then reinstalled. To no avail.
Any idea what's going on???
Yep…. Went through same problem. Uninstall what is now showing as LightRoom CC. Then sign out of Creative Cloud and then sign back in. Then it will show that an update for LightRoom is available, so d/l it. It will install properly and when you go to start it up, you will get a screen asking if you want to update your new catalogue. Say yes and you will be in business.
Follow this and your problems will be solved.
