How to tag different people with the same first name?

I'm trying out the new face detecting in lightroom 6. I already tagged a lot of photo's with the name of the person(s) portrait in previous versions of lightroom using keywords build up as people > last name > first name. This gives me a lot of flexibility, but there are also different people with the same first name. This is not a problem when adding keywords because lightroom shows you the parent keyword when you have multiple similar keywords. As an example I have two "Marco" keywords, tagging a photo lightroom shows me a choice of  "Marco < Lastname A" or "Marco < Lastname B". So then I know which to chose. When I start tagging unnamed people in lighroom 6 I get two choices "Marco" and "Marco" without any context. Is there any way to fix this?
