Have installed/reinstalled LR CC 3 times. Show installed and up to date on my CC desktop/App manager but the program will not run.
Standalone 64 bit LR 5.4 runs fine.
Sign out of the creative cloud application manager and sign back in. Instructions:
Sign in, Sign out | Creative Cloud desktop app
