Have you tried logging out of your CC desktop app, then logging back in again? Quit/Restart won't work, but logging out and back in should. See here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
I have logged out and logged back in at least 4 times now and it still doesn't load for me... any clue as to what I can do now?
Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Have you tried a system restart in the mix, i.e. sign out of the CC app, reboot the system, then sign back in again?
