    "dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe has stopped working" & "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working"

      I have the following problems and has tried the "CORRECT ANSWER" of http://https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1451406?sr=stream&ru=2565925 but still no go!

      Can anyone know how to fix this?

       

      Desktop PC - Intel i7 - 4790 cpu/ 36 gb available for HDD/ NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750/ Windows 7 Home Premium

       

      Creative Cloud - Ps CC (2014) / Lr CC (2015) / Br CC/ Ai CS6 all most updated

       

      1) open any video files with different format on Ps CC 2014

      resulting "dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe has stopped working"

       

      2) start Br CC resulting "dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe has stopped working"

       

      Both 1) & 2) have the same crash report as follows:
