If the problem remain unresolved after following the mentioned link.
--Remove the Creative cloud desktop app from the machine
--Run the CC Cleaner tool to remove the preferences of the creative cloud if there
--Download the creative cloud packager on the machine and create a package the for muse (give the name of the package as test)
--After the package is created then go to the location of the Build folder ( created in the package)
--Run the command prompt as an Administrator
--Copy the location in the CMD
--Then run the command mentioned below to install the package of the MUSE
msiexec.exe /i test.msi /qn
This will install the creative cloud application on the machine.
