Duh, pick the right choice when the program comes up! Sorry for the bother.
It worked for a few minutes, then audio took a dump and was way behind. I've been through this all day. I want my money back. I'm goin back to movie maker. At least it could keep up.
Did you purchase Premiere Elements 13 from Adobe and are you within 30 days of purchase? If so, you should have no problem requesting a return/refund.
But, that is an Adobe matter. We are user to user here. If you purchased from a retailer, then you would need to deal with the retailer (seller) and be governed by its return/refund policy.
If you want to troubleshoot the issue, we would be glad for the opportunity to be of assistance. But, we need details of your situation. Example -
Please explain what you mean by audio goes off track.
a. Do you have linked audio video and you are not unlinking the audio video before the cut?
b. Is the cutting of the video somehow disturbing existing audio in another track?
c. Is this some sort of audio out of sync for the same clip issue?
Whatever your decision, we wish you well in your video editing decision.
