I seem to have the same problem.
With great remote support from Adobe. Now, it's work normally.
Please sign out from the creative cloud desktop app and then sing in back and check if the issue persists.

I have just signed up for CC and my Photoshop version says it is a trial version and I haven't received a license key altough I have the confirrmation emails that I have signed up. I have signed out and signed back in and still an issue?
