    Creative Cloud not recognising installed apps

      Hi,

       

      My Creative Cloud is not recognising any of my installed apps, which means I am unable to update. I have tried

       

      Changing the language settings

      This Apps panel doesn't show installed Creative Cloud apps

      Uninstalling and using the cleaner tool, except it won't let me uninstall it and says "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer require it to function correctly."

       

      Any ideas?
