I upgraded to Lr6. After the installation I went and selected "update" in the help menue. In reply I got a box saying that Adobe Application Manager might be damaged, download the lagets version and reinstall, but not the reply that I already have got the latest version. When I download AAM and install it, I still get the same reply. What can I do now?
So are you doing Lightroom 6 or Lightroom CC? Lightroom 6 is the standalone version and you don't need the application manager.
LR6 still tells you it needs it though and won't update.
Yeah, that is what I have discovered. I'm working on the creative cloud, so Lightroom 6 integration is new to me. I suggest you try signing out from the application manager. You did this in the preferences. Then sign back in and see if that makes a difference.
